Sign of conception

I was just curious about if any of you ever felt anything the day after you conceived? For me, when I got pregnant last year(which ultimately resulted in a m/c at 4-5 weeks) I got sore throat and high temperature the very day after conception. The day next my temp got normal and I was fine. Later I found out that I conceived at that time. Now this month on V-day after coming from dinner at Bennigan's I started feeling sick to my stomach. The next day early morning I vomited and stayed nauseous the whole day. Also I had high temperature with it. The day next I was totally fine. I believe to have ovulated around this time. I was wondering if I might have conceived again. It will be helpful to know if any of you ever experienced anything similar. Thanks for listening.

thanks for your answers ladies...actually I started doing 30 days shred with jillian michaels from yesterday...then suddenly it occurred to me that it must not be appropriate to do those exercises if I have conceived....I really need to drop some lbs as I have a dance recital in April...probably we will stop TTC for a couple of months, as it gets very confusing in such cases as to what will be right to do

I've never experienceed anything like that, although with this pregnancy, I had my period Aug 16th ended Aug 22nd, BD (bed danced) 24 and 29th. Sept, 3rd Sore breasts lasted until i tested Nov 3rd, took HPT faint positive now I am almost 27 weeks preg. So I deff think the sore breasts was a VERY early sign for me, because sore breast are usually a week BEFORE my AF is due not after I had already had it.

Nope, can't say that I have personally felt anything immediately after conception. Each woman is different. Sometimes our intuition is stronger than any science out there.
