Sleeping ?

Ok So Im 29weeks 3days Preggerzz, & Im Having Trouble Sleeping Like I Feel Like I Cant Get Enough Sleep Or Like Im Not Getting Enough Sleep I Can Go To Sleep At 11 & Wake Up At 5 When My Daughter Gets Up. To Change Her & Get Her A Bottle & I Can Fall Right Back To Sleep But If I Fall Asleep At 11 & Wake Up At 5 I Feel Like I Didn't Even Sleep Like I Have Been Up All Dang Night. Is There Anything I Can Do To Get More Sleep Or Something Bc I Wake Up Feeling Like I Haven't Slept But 4 Hours

yup that's how I am lol (: ive had him by my side for 3 years now and its like im so used feeling him lying in the bed that if I go to lay down and hes not there in the bed I cant sleep at all. lol

Ugh I'm like that too I got so used to having my bf here that I can't sleep without him

I try to take a hot bath and drink a warm glass of milk and isten to meditation music to fall asleep but I think its just because I cant sleep unless my hubby is in the bed with me when he is off I sleep fine but whens hes gone im pretty much up all night or I cant sleep bc im tossing and turning

I already do that lol I sleep with 3 fans on me and still wake up sweating all of them on high to lol, and I sleep with 2pillows under my head one behind me to help my back a body pillow, and under the body pillow I have one under my belly, and 2 I cuddle to lol lots of pillows and fans right lol

It's all normal and something we all just have to deal with until baby comes, there's really nothing you can do. Put pillows between your legs and use a fan.

I mean I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep its like I cant get comfy enough itoss and turn and have pain in my lower back so its hard for me to move im losing sleep and I stay hot 24/7

Feeling always tired is normal during pregnancy...not much you can do besides take a nap in the middle of the day.
