Sleeping Problems

I'm currently four months into my pregnancy and before that time I was extremely tired. Now, I don't get any sleep at all. I would read myself tired and my eyes would start to feel heavy, but I would close my eyes and I find myself laying there-I tried sleeping on all side including in a inclined bed-I would remain awoke through out the night tossing and turning. What should I do? Is it my baby that's causing me these sleeping problems? Is this a serious matter? Should I tell my doctor?
#I've tried everything.
