Smoking weed/receiving "guns"

Okay please don't be judgmental, I need actual help.

I am diagnosed with chronic migraines and used to smoke weed whenever I got them before I was prescribed a heavy medication to help me function properly through them.
Obviously now that I'm pregnant, I can't take my medication any longer. I was given a new medication that does not work at all. I am now on day five of waking up with a migraine, vomiting, dizziness, and having a consistent headache through out the day.
Will smoking weed or at least receiving a few guns (weed smoke being blown into my mouth) hurt my baby?
I don't know what else to do :( I can't keep doing this. I am missing so much work and not eating enough .

I would do edibles if they have the same pain relieving effects.

i smoke weed, for nausea and it honestly helps.
being pregnant jus makes sickness worse.
i won't pass any judgement, cause i do it myself. i smoke weed out of a vaporizer and it is healthier than actually inhaling smoke.
jus talk to your doctor about it, and maybe itll get better for you.

I haven't tried any of the natural remedies since I was first diagnosed/hospitalized for migraines . I'll try it now to see if they will help !

Have u tried other natural remedies? Apple cider vinegar or lemon with natural sea salt have helped me. And those are both completely safe for your baby.

How old are you sweetie?? Your on can actually give u the recommendation for one if need be and it can be a temp until you can resume tour normal meds. Because as the chick b4 me said the stress of full blown migraines is not good for wither of you

Thank you so much ! I just didn't want to get to my end of suffering and regret not pushing through but I'm also worried my baby isn't getting the food she needs.

It could cause low birth weight or preterm labor but other then that it will not cause birth defects also tell your Dr at your next apt and don't tough it out the strain your going through is stressing you out and causing stress on baby don't let your Dr sweep it under the rug either.. If they do try just a few hits of weed enough to help your body

Oh goodness ur in cali!! If you can go get youe cars or already have it there is nothing to worrie about at all. And if you go do some really good research you will find that there has never been a study to show that weed has any harmful affects on a baby. At all. And both of my little boys are perfect.

I don't think it would do any harm at least no more than what conventional meds would cause. If your worried about the butane just use the hemp string.. It's like a little rope u just light and it stays lit :)

I think I'll try to tough it out till my next appointment and if I haven't found a solution by then, I'll bring it up.

When I was preg withy second d son I used weed as a pain killer because I would litteraly throw another kind up b4 it had any time to even remotely digest pills were commomg back up in pill form lol. So I just talked to my doc and he said medically there has been absolutely no proof that weed or THC itself has any adverse affect on your baby but the way in which u use it does. No wraps of any kind no pipes because your amokimf butanie every time you hit it. My doc recommend a water pipe or bong seeing as you won't be oking butaine directly that way I used to get tea it helped and had no smoke involved what so ever.
