So darn tired!

Ah lately i've just been so darn tired. I have like no other symptoms but this right now. I swear if given the chance I'd sleep all day! I'm 26 Weeks and never been this tired in my life! Any input on how I can fight it? Also I work all day, can't nap and if I nap over the weekend can't sleep at night at all!

This little rumbly Bubby is wearing me out!

I would try to go to sleep earlier, that last couple of weeks I have been going to sleep about 40 minutes earlier then normal. I would also say trying to get up and walk some when you are dragging, getting the blood flowing can be a big help sometimes. Also, it is OK to have some caffeine, usually the Dr. say 200-300 mg is OK , meaning you can have a soda or a cup of coffee if you are really dragging.

I know im exhausted all the time. Come to find out I wasnt getting enough iron. Even with the right amount of iron you ate still going to be tired to a certain extent. Work is definitely the culprit for you im sure. If you can cut your hours down and see if it helps

Were your iron levels normal?  Low iron could be the culprit, or at least part of it.
