Sore Throat...Medicine?

I have a really sore throat and I was wondering if there are any type of medicines that are ok to use or if I have to just tough it out? Also...on a different topic..I heard it is really frowned upon to eat boxed foods like mac and cheese because of sodium. So I bought soup instead and it has just as much sodium. Is it really not ok to eat?

Ask your doctor for an OK list of pregnancy medications.  Mine gave me their website and I downloaded it on my phone

For sore throat I used Chloraseptic spray, cepacol cough drops and gargled with warm saline sater

Marshmallows!!! It helps soo much helped me sleep at night n anytime i got up to use the restroom I'd eat some more it really helps

I was told chloraseptic spray is okay and I ate boxed  foods such as mac n cheese, soup, and ramen throughout both my pregnancies and I have 2 healthy boys

Only certain cough drops ask ur doc what kind hot soups help other thant that from what i was told you can't take any medicines unless prescribed

Marshmallows can cure a sore throat!

Tylenol cold and flu,or multisympton extra strength is what i took for sore throat and i had warm tea every morning,and every night.Helped a bunch

Cough drops.. when it comes to soups for example ramon i heard u need to water it down plenty.
