Sore boobs?!

I need any advice on this. Anyone please just give me your experiences if you ever experienced this. And please help me understand what could be going on.

I got my period January 4th and it ended on the 8th. (I count the 4th as the first day.) My periods are normally 28 days. but from december to january it was 30 days. Anyway... My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on January 15th. Then January 20th (it was late at night) I laid down to go to sleep. I rolled over to my left side and i jolted back to my back because my boob was really sore. I went to my right side and did the same thing. I felt them both (not knowing what I'm looking for) and they were both extremely sore. I woke up in the morning (21st)and the first thing I did was touch them to see if they were still hurting. Sure enough they were. I went to work and I bent over to pick up some bags (I work as a cashier at a grocery store) and it felt like I had 200 pound bricks hanging off my chest. I just thought maybe I slept wrong or did something to them. So I wasnt thinking anything about anything really. But the 22nd they were still sore. Killed me to wear a bra. Killed me to not wear a bra. Just killed me when anything touched them. It is now the 26th. They are still sore.

Now I have to say I am 22. I should be done growing. And even when I was younger I don't remember them ever being sore when they started to grow. I don't remember any pain. And the only time my boobs do start to hurt is 2 days before my next period. Not like 2 weeks before. My boobs never hurt after a period. EVER! I told my sister about it because I couldnt hold it anymore. We were driving and she drove over a bump and I was in tears holding my boobs saying they hurt. She didn't hesitate and went to the store and got me a pregnancy test. I knew it was a waste of money. I just knew it. Because I'm not thinking I could be. I took it sure enough it was negative. Now I do know it could be early and I do know theyre can be false negatives. I am just really hoping there's nothing wrong with me !!!!

ANYONE WHOSE BEEN THROUGH THIS PLEASE TELL ME YOUR EXPERIENCE PLEASE !?!? I AM IN DYER NEED TO HEAR SOME STORIES AND OPINIONS. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

Thank you. I just don't know why all of a sudden they would be hurting like this. When they never hurt like this before. They are still hurting and I am not due for my period for about another 9 days. It's been a week now. I am just waiting it out though. Because this is killer. Thanks again for commenting.

Some women experience symptoms during ovulation. Based on the dates you provided you would most likely be ovulating or about to ovulate when the pain began. You wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms so close after sexual intercourse. The very earliest symptoms usually begin about 8 days or so past conception.

You ovulate approx. 14 days before your period.

I went through the same thing as you, I had sarted my af Aug 15th finished the 22, had unprotected sex the 24th and 29th, breast were sore on september 3rd. they are normally sore for 1 week BEFORE my next af is due, my cycle is 29 or 30 days long. my breasts were sore for a month and a half, took a hpt on the 3rd of October and got a faint positive, now I am 23 weeks and 5 days pregnant. BYW im 22 too, oh yeah and Hubby and I were Trying to concieve.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I will be waiting to see if I do get my period. I have it planned out. If I do get it and my boobs are still sore after having it then I'm gonna have to go and get them checked out. Because I have never dealt with pain like this before. But thank you again !

my boops never hurt like that even when i was pregnant. but i heard that in some people they hurt badly. i think you are pregnant. take a test when u miss pthe due date.

Thank you! It does make me feel a little better. I just really hope nothing's seriously wrong with me. I have never felt this way before. It's been near a week already with no improvement. I am pretty in touch with my body when it comes to me getting my period or when something is wrong. As in something with my ovaries and things like that. But this is just messing with me ya know? Since I've never dealt with this kind of pain in my boobs before.

I really hope everything is ok with you! I know stress and change in diet or exercise can mess with the period too. Or being more sexual active then usual. Good luck with everything!!!

I am now 5 days late for my period and my boobs are the same way!!!!I have had 5 BFN on tests even one today at the ER. I am also 22 and done growing because the only other time they were sore was when I was pregnant with my daughter...I have grown quite discouraged on being pregnant because of all the negatives test. Me and my boyfriend were together everynight for a month straight and just in the past week was the only time we didn't bed....so I am not sure what is going on but I hope that this helps knowing that you are not the only one going through this.
