dont squeeze!!! that's one of the big things my ob said was that over stimulation makes them leak more. as far as the bras go...i'm 19 weeks 4 days and still wearing my regular bras and sports bras. my mom actually made a good suggestion the other day....instead of maternity bras just get nursing bras. they do the same thing only instead of having to go get all new bras in 4 months you'll already have them. that's actually my next step within the next few weeks is getting some wonderful nursing bras.
I agree about the bra thing, with onlyme27, Just go to some place like wal-mart to make it until you recieve your maternity bra if it will be a while.. Something simple that's probably a size or two bigger than your current bra would probably make you much more comfortable and take some pressure off.. But if a regular support bra doesn't come in your size, try to find a sports bra that does fit a little more comfortably. It should help some until your new bra arrives. Just continue using that cream, also.. That's all I can really say, I hope you feel better. :(
I would keep putting the nipple cream on them for the dryness. Have you tried wearing something like a sports/atheletic bra? These can be a lot more comfortable than the lacy ones right now. As far as your breasts leaking colostrum, welcome to the club. It is perfectly normal. Your breasts will be sore because they are getting ready for breast feeding by swelling up and producing the fluid that you have seen come out. I know that when I get in the shower and let the water run over them, it does help with some of the discomfort.
