Is soyamilk good to drink during pregnancy?

I'm sure it is.... Does it have calcium in it also?

My midwife talked to me about drinking it because it doesn't have lactose in it. I would assume if they were suggesting it to me then it should be perfectly fine.

Well it isn't harmful. If you are Lactose Intolerant then definitely drink it! If you drink it because you don't want the hormones found in regular milk you may want to consider hormone-free milk. I love Shatto milk. I don't know if that is only local to me, though, or if they distribute elsewhere.
