I'm 10w5d and since last night I've had some sharp (only last a few sec but happens a few times an hr) pain in the middle and sometimes on the side of my abdomen and I've had terrible morning sickness this morning, usually I dont. I really dont think its much to worry about. It sounds like round ligament pain from all your muscles stretching to make room for baby! If it gets worse I would call your doctor but as for now it is probably normal
