Strange Symptoms

My husband and I have been ttc for 3 cycles now.  Each time I have felt early pregnancy symproms, such as lower abdominal cramping, sensative breasts and sometimes even lower back pain.  But each time, I have gotten my period as expected.  I'm trying to figure out why I would have these symptoms and not show up pregnant.  I don't believe it's pre menstral b/c normally I don't start cramping until my preiod starts.

yeah unfortunatly pregnancy symptom and period symptoms are almost exactly the same!!!!

I'm in the same boat!  Really the symtoms are very similar and sometimes hard to tell the two apart.  I think its beacause we pay so much attention to every twinge or ache because we are trying to expect something.  Have you had a check up at the Dr to see if everything was normal before trying.  If not maybe you should touchbase with your DR
