Stripping your membranes... again!

Okay, so I made a post about this and most of the ones that commented said it worked but I'm not dilated or anything. Does anyone think it will still work for me?

I got mine Monday & I was 3 cm 100% effaced. You would think I would go into labor right away being that much dilated but nope I'm still pregnant. I was 38w 2 days. I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow & if baby doesn't come this weekend I'll be getting induced Monday the 27th. Praying he comes on his own

I got mine done at 38+1 and nothing happened for me and I was 2-3 cm dilated and 50-60 % thinned out. All I got was a lot of blood from it. It just depends on you and your body and if it's ready

I'm sorry! I figured you would be induced at 41 weeks. That's as far as my doctor's office will let me go but I guess everyone's different. I'm REALLLLLLYYY hoping I make progress when they do mine! I don't wanna go overdue. :(
