Swollen ankles/feet

My feet and ankles swell up real bad every now and then. Is there something specific that causes it? Or anything I can do to help? I'm almost 29 weeks...

Please make sure it is not a blood pressure problem. I am 33 wks and on bed rest due to blood pressure. My feet were swollen a wk ago but i ignored it. My pressure has been all over the map but i didnt know until i was in the hospital.

I am 36w5d and all of a sudden these past couple days my ankles and feer are huge. I think as pregnancy comes to an end, this happens. I can barely bend my toes bc they are swollen and my ankle bones are gone. It looks like I broke both ankles.....grrrrrrr. Its frustrating but Im almost done and cant wait.

Yeah, usually from laying on them, even if I just have a hand under my head. Blood just doesn't flow like it used to lol but it's normal and as long as it goes away then there's no need for concern

Mine have been crazy these past days. It helps me to soak them in cool water but I didn't wanna sit there staring at a wall so I have em propped up with ice packs as I type:)
