Symptoms starting to ease at 10 weeks??

I am wondering if anyone has had their pregnancy symptoms ease before the second trimester and had everything be okay? You would think after almost 4 weeks of constant nausea and fatigue that I would be relieved to be starting to feel a little better, but now I'm worried something is wrong. Basically my nausea seems to be starting to improve, I still gag when I brush my teeth (which I didn't do before pregnancy, yuck!) and get nauseous if I'm hungry, but today especially I seem to have gotten a small break from the 24 hour nausea. My stomach even growled for the first time in at least 3 weeks, lol!  I could be wrong on my dates because my LMP is not accurate for dating the pregnancy; however, I'm pretty sure about the time of conception. I have my first visit with the midwives a week from Friday, I'm wishing I had made it this week. Who knows, I could wake up tomorrow sick as a dog again! I did stop taking my prenatals for a couple of days to see if that would help; I took them tonight though. Just curious what others have experienced. Thanks much :)

Thanks everyone!

shishka, as a L&D nurse, I think I'll leave the doppler at work, knowing what I know, I would probably find something else to worry about if I used one, lol ;)

Also I have a doppler. Everytime I am worried about something I listen to baby's heartbeat, It takes a lot of stress away from me.

Well, I have only had sore boobs as a symptom and headaches...
I have NEVER had sickness LOL... But I felt sick. And that went at 8 weeks.

Your second trimester is the 'honeymoon' period in pregnancy gives you a break for a bit haha :)

But its normal :) It's also normal not to feel pregnant as well.

Yes around 10 weeks symptoms may fade. Symptoms are usually the worst between 6-9 weeks. It's very common to experience some relief at 10 weeks and not to worry :) though I know it's hard not to worry, it's what we do best in pregnancy ;)

I know, that's what I keep trying to tell myself :) I think part of it is that I'm so anxious to feel better too.

I am 10 weeks 5 days today and I started feeling little better. Nausia is not as bad as it was last week and I am getting my energy back. I wouldn't worry, just enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.
