This doesn't look to good :(

I am 29 weeks and I have been cramping all night long. My stomach isn't hurting that bad like bad but it still feels like I am having period cramps. My back pain has gotten so severe it hurts when I walk. I am scared that I am having contractions. Could I be having back labor??!

Take Tylenol and relax I had back labor with my first and I had no cramps in front but just to be sure try relaxing and take Tylenol....just to let u know back labor feels like all ur muscles tense up and it feels like regular contractions just worse..its a bad feeling hard to put in exact words. Oh and time how far apart the pain is.

Drink a full glass of water and lay down, on your side. If the cx don't stop call ur doc or go to the ER.
