To call or not to call?

I have a heart condition called PSVT. It is minor and has not really caused me any troubles during pregnancy until now. Occasionally, part of my heart beats to slow and not enough blood gets to my brain and I get light headed. In really bad cases, I have passed out from it. It is mostly stressed and extreme fitness induced. I have not had any troubles until the past few weeks (I am 36 + 1). I have noticed it acting up again. My doctor was not worried about it because it had not effected me during pregnancy, but now it has happened a few times sense my last appointment. I also have had my heart to start to race out of no where, like I am in the middle of a 10k run, causing my troubles in my breathing. Should I call L & D and tell them what is up or just wait until my next OB appointment  on the 7th? I have always had very low blood pressure and have not had any other complications (besides a subcorionic hemorrhage around 7 weeks that we recovered from just fine).

I had svt and ended up having surgery for it. They told me that I needed to worry whenever I started passing out. So it sounds serious to me. Also usually it is not caused by exercise or anything it just happens. You need to see a cardiologist not l&d.

Seriously! Its a heart condition, not to be messed with. Call now and get it figured out with professional. Its not worth wasting ur time asking here. You could harm yourself and/or the baby and you only have one heart. Not to be messed with. If they need you to go in, just go in. Its better to be safe then sorry

Call. Berry important that they know its acting up. If you wait it out you may feel light headed and faint any where, possibly hurting yourself. I would call.
