Too Soon To Perform Prego Test after failed blood test?

I got my period on oct 24, , it was normal then i got it again on December 5 but was only for 4 days and very light and totally not normal at all i had a neg pregnancy test around the 16 of december, and also had to go to hospital for blood testing on something else and they tested for pregnancy on 18th of december and it came out negitive, its now jan 9th an lately my boobs are sensitive an lil bigger, getting stomach cramps not normal, and peeing alot, i get heartburn alot, feel faint more than usual, and also have high basal temperatures than normal and cervical mucus thicker than ever. Is it too soon to test for pregnancy? and i tested for ovulation and that was negitive, ive never had a normal period cycle, me and my husband have been trying to concieve since august.

can anyone help me figure this out

A HPT will be accurate about 2 weeks after conception. So, if you conceived ~ the end of December you should be able to tell now with a sensitive HPT using first morning urine.  Of course, if you conceived earlier than that (mid December for example) a HPT will give you a positive result by now.

I think you should be able to take a HPT and get an accurate result by now. I think that you can safely assume that AF in December was indeed AF regardless of how irregular it was for you, otherwise the blood test on the 18th would've given you positive results if you'd conceived prior to that bleed. So at this point, you've either missed a period or are nearing AF depending on how long your cycles are. Not sure that made any sense, but yes do test. If you get a BFN, wait a few days and if still no AF, retest. Good luck.
