Too soon to see doctor

My last AF was on 3/28. I ovulated on 4/15 and got my BFP on 4/29. I have an appointment tomorrow (5/5) but i'm wondering if its too soon to go. Technically, since i ovulated on 4/15, i'll only be 3 weeks. Other than blood work, can anything else be done this early?
I had a miscarriage in Sep 09 which is the reason why i called the doctor.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I have had 3 m/c so every time I have got a BFP I call My OB right away for an appt. Since you have had a m/c they will most likely want to monitor your hcg levels for a week or two, then an ultrasound when your levels are high enough to see something on the u/s. Good luck and congrats!!!

I don't think it is too early. I called my doctor as soon as I got my bfp and she got me in right away and did blood work to see where my numbers stood. My hCg was only at a 32 so it was too early to do much else. Congrats on the pregnancy =)

They will probably just start monitoring you betas and have you come back in, in a few weeks to do an u/s.  Good luck and Congrats!
