In south africa we are not allowed to fly if we are round about 30 weeks. but traveling is still ok as long as you have stops in between. My parents are living 120km from Bloemfontein and my gyne don't have a problem with me visiting them. but as i am on my last i won't try it now.

Most doctors won't let you fly past 36 weeks.

i found this online-----hope it helps!

Generally, the safest time to travel during pregnancy is the second trimester (13 to 28 weeks). At this time you probably feel your best and you are in the least danger of having a miscarriage or premature labor. Avoid traveling any long distance during the last 2 or 3 weeks before your due date. If labor starts early, you will want to be close to home.

i was curious also, b/c we're supposed to go to kentucky in july, get abby, then go to florida and see joey, then take abby back and come home to texas lol
