T13 and T18 are fatal. I believe that only %1 of T18 pregnanies make it to birth and %1 of those live to 1 year.... most are on some form of life support
T21 isn't normally deadly when babies are carried to term but there is actually a fairly high mortality rate during pregnancies due to severe heart defects or other physical defects (that can be detected before the decision to terminate is made).
My firstborn TJ has Down Syndrome or Trisome 21
It's a genetic disorder in which you have 3 copies of a certain chromosome instead of the normal 2. There are a couple of common ones in humans, such as Trisomy 21, 18. (DS and Edwards syndrome) You can also get it of the sex chromosome as well so it would be like XXX instead of XX.
