Trouble urinating

I feel a lot of pressure when I pee, I am also 20 weeks pregnant. The doctors have tested me for infections like bladder infections and yeast infections but everything came back negative. I feel pressure still I am just wondering if anyone else is going through this? This is my 2nd pregnancy the first one was a breeze I did not experience anything like this.

Is it only when you pee or random times?? I have random pressure "down there" and my dr told me that it's normal after the first pregnancy because the baby is typically lower because your uterine muscles  are stretched from the first pregnancy. My son will be 5 in may, so I guess those are some of

Sounds like bladder spasms. I get those. Sometimes it's a lot of pressure when I go, sometimes I have sharp pains. The baby is pushing against your bladder and causes pressure or pain when going. Try not to let your bladder get too full.

what do you mean pressure? does the flow come out fast or is it really slow? the good news is there is no infections, but it ***** that its so uncomfortable...
