Ultrasound at 19 weeks

I went for an ultrasound yesturday and the baby's heartrate was at 124bpm...and i am 19 weeks.
Do i have anything to worry about or is everything ok? At first the baby wasn't moving very much but then as soon as my husband came in the room the baby was moving a lot more...please advise.

As long as the heartbeat is between 120-160 you shouldn't be too concerned. When mine is lazy her heartbeat is usally around 125-130 and when she is active around 155-160 it all just depends! Its hard not to be concerned! Do you know what you are having yet?

Thanks for your answer...i was just a little concerned because a few weeks ago the hb was at 142 but that was right after i went for a long walk. Yesturday i was lying down for a good 4 hours and then they sent me for an ultrasound...doctor said that everything else looks good and for me to follow up with my OB/GYN...but you know how it is...you just panic over everything.

Sounds fine to me... the hb will fluctuate - sleeping, "playing", if u just ate or drank something (sugar)...
