Ultrasound today!!! UPDATE

I just wanted to stop by aand let you ladies know I went and had an ultrasound done today @ 12 weeks 6 days (12 weeks 4 days by measurements) and the baby looks great.

Baby was moving a lot and we got a few good shots of him (early educated guess)

His heartbeat was 176 which seems a little high what do you all think. Is that pretty normal?

180 or lower is good. Especially in the first trimester heart rates tend to be higher. Don't panic if heart rate decreases in a few weeks.

Congrats

If I remember right at 12w my little girl's heartbeat was 179. My SIL is also having a girl and her heartbeat was in the 180's at that point. The midwife didn't seem concerned with the heartbeat being that high, and from what I've read it seems fairly common.
