Umbilical Hernia repair and subsequent pregnancy?

I never thought about this and haven't against my OB yet, but my daughter was really huge when born and I am quite small. This resulted in an umbilical hernia and I had to be operated on last year end of August as part of the intestine was trapped between the opening resulting in alot of pain. It was a small hernia so they didn't use mesh but simply sutured it together.

Has anyone had an umbilical hernia repair and then been subsequently pregnant? My fear is that as my belly becomes rather large at the end, that the hernia tears and I end up in further pain and then require further surgery.
