Thank you ladies for your feedback :) i started a healthy eating plan, even if im not hungry and i started meditation to clear my mind and heal my body... I'll see how I go on that.
Im very sorry for your loss. It must be a very hard time for you. My only suggestion is to forget about weight concerns for the time being and focus on healing your heart, mind, body and soul. God bless.
It could also be BECAUSE you're not eating. When you severely limit your calorie intake your body starts to react in the opposite manner and instead of burning weight it will cling to it in an attempt to protect itself--because it doesn't know when it will get more. This is why people who starve themselves might see temporary results, but their weight will eventually plateau out and then they could end up gaining again.
I'm so sorry for your lost. I hope that you find peace in the coming weeks.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know that stress which I'm sure for good reason you are can cause weight gain. Other than that I really don't have an answer but you are in my thoughts and prayers.
