Urinary problems solved.

This is not a question* But a piece of advice... I don't know how many of you read a couple weeks ago I was having some trouble urinating, and even some pain that came after having to push so much in order just to empty my bladder.. Well I have a piece of advice for you ladies when you get to your final month, if you start having the same problem.. Find where your bladder is sometime when it is full [mine was so squished by the baby being so low that it was right above/in front of my pubic bone, and actually where the hair is. sorry for the visual, lol.. No wonder I was having such a hard time, poor bladder is so squashed! anyway..] and press gently on it when you go to the bathroom and it will help to push it out without using your muscles and straining yourself. This has been such a huge relief for me.. I thought I would share. Even though it's odd/random information.  Lol!
Might save someone else the trouble and pain.

I just can't imagine having to go more frequently than I do right now! When I tell my DH I've got to go and come back so quickly he's surprised. I don't think he quite gets the pressure on my bladder and how the capacity is not what is usually is!

lol when your little one gets bigger, you won't be ABLE to lean forward, lol. Well I can't anyways, not as well. He's too far into my pelvis that it's really uncomfortable/painful.

I'm at 33 weeks and going all the time...  Sometimes after I've been holding it for a while unable to get to a bathroom, I'll lean forward and like magic - more pee!

Plus me, I don't want to end up going into labor with sore pushing muscles. That would suck!

Yeah I just discovered that randomly.. My bladder feels like a little walnut when it's full. LOL!  And yeah I know what you mean, eventually you start straining muscles, then it just plain hurts. :(

jsut wondering if this works for non-pregnant women too. A couple months ago i had a UTI (i guess-doc said i did) and i couldn't pee!! I had to bear down really hard and push it out! It was really annoying to say the least, and i've nevr experienced this with a UTI before...hope i never do again but it would be good to know some tricks! :)
