Uterus feels heavy and crampy

So, I am exactly 13 weeks today, and everytime I stand up, my uterus feels sore, heavy, and a bit crampy.  When I am sitting nothing, but as soon as I stand up, it's this uncomfortable uterine feeling.  It's hard to articulate, but it's heavy and tight feeling.

Please tell me this is normal.

I guess it sounds normal.  I'm just glad I'm not the only one experiencing it.  It's a very unique feeling.  It's almost as if this heavy uterus of mine could detach and fall right out.  I've read all the books, but it's hard to really understand what the things they talk about actually feel like.

So glad it's normal!  I've heard of round ligament pain, but didn't know what it was.  I hope that's all it is.
