There is no such thing as normal. It changes depending on the woman and the time you take the temp.

To temp you need a Basal Thermometer. A regular one won't work because it isn't as precise. You need to temp at the same time every morning BEFORE getting out of bed, drinking water, going to the bathroom, anything. Then you need to chart your temps to see the changes.

Usually your temps will fluctuate during your period then will make their way lower. They will stay low until the day after you ovulate it will jump up and stay up until you start AF then it will drop back down. you can click on my ticker to see my chart and how the temps change.
