VERY Red hot face.... WHY???

I'm 33 weeks pregnant & EVERYDAY for the last week my cheeks get VERY red & hot. I can feel the skin getting tight & hot a few minutes before it gets red, but it's happening numerous times a day & I have no idea why.  I had it once or twice while I was pregnant with my 2nd DD, but never like this.  I DON'T have high blood pressure, actually quite the opposite... it's VERY low & it's not that I'm over doing it cuz I'm on bedrest & doing my VERY best to listen to those orders.

What could be causing it? It's VERY uncomfortable & starting to interfere with how 1 of my meds works cuz  my body over heats fighting whatever it. PLEASE HELP !!!

That was happening to me a week or two before i had my son. i didnt have high blood pressure either, but i wasnt on bed rest. i would talk to your dr about it.

i was thinking all the extra blood flow going in your body but im not exactly sure

I'm not to sure I have them but I just put it down to hot flushes but I'm not on any kind of rest
