Well, usually you are dryer after a period, then creamy, then watery, then it has the consistency of eggwhites around ovulation, then goes back to creamy again. But not all women experience this, and not all are the same. When I was pregnant I had more cervical mucus than I usually did, and it was just creamy. So yes, it could be a sign of pregnancy, but usually if it is discolored (yellowish) and smell, then it is signs of an infection. I would take a pregnancy test just incase, and call the doc to find out what it is.
it could be a sign of an infection if it smells. iv heard that discharge by women that are pregnant is creamy and thick not wet and slippery but i could be wrong?.
