Very confusing Ultrasound results

Hi, I had my third failed round of ultrasound test at 18w6d. Could you please check out the pic? I know its an awful shot which is unclear.. But could you indicate/guess whether its a swollen labia/penis/umbilical cord? Or is it something completely unrelated? The shot is a potty shot with legs in a V shape. The top portion of the shot has a round head peeping between the legs. What is unclear is what is between the V shape of the legs? Can you make out?

Actually on initial checks at the scan the doc said she thinks its a Boy too... But the umbilical cord seemed to be on the genitals so she couldnt make up her mind... Hence posted this pic to see whether any of you have gone through the similar situation?

Looks like a boy to me, but of course take the us techs advice if you get another chance.

If the doc/ultrasound tech can't tell I seriously doubt any of us would be able to.  After having several ultrasounds for my boys and girls I can't make heads or tells of what it is, it's showing too blurry on my screen.
