Vision went white, felt like I was passing out...

Has anyone else experienced this? I was shopping today with my mil and husband and we were standing in line. I had been feeling really hot but thought I just had too many layers on. We were talking when all of a sudden my vision slowly started to seem fuzzy and bright (like when a t.v. channel doesn't work) and then it went completely white. I felt flushed and clammy. I told my husband that I felt weird and weak and that we should go, and I was able to walk outside holding on to him. When we got outside my vision returned to normal slowly and I've since felt weak and tired. I figure I'll call my OB on monday or go in if it happens again. It was beyond scary. the same thing happen to me this past Friday and I went to the ER and they said that it was because my blood and sugar was low.  Everything you said happen to me, but instead I actually passed out in the grocery store and didn't woke back up until I gotten outside and I seen my finance running with me in his arms, but the doctor just told me when I standing in a line just keep rocking or keep bouncing on your heels

happend with my second son quite a bit.freaked me out! i never called my dr about it... keep hydrated

I had that happen a lot in the first trimester it was bc I needed to eat more frequently. It always starts with feeling hot then clammy and weak and then the vision thing it's a sign you will faint. Try to drink LOT of water and small frequent meals. Dress in layers so you can keep yourself at a comfortable temp and any time you feel like that sit down with your head between your legs so you don't pass out and hit your head. Fresh air and orange juice can help too. Feel better!!
