Vomiting Blood...Please Help

So today I woke up with a really bad headache, I took some.T3 (prescribed by Dr.) Then had a bowl of cereal. Later on I ate some baked chicken followed by some green grapes and not too long ago I had 1 strawberry. I felt really nauseas n still had my headache which was
getting worst. I took a nausea pill that was prescribed to me for morning sickness....well that didnt work because I took one bite into my pizza and ran to the toilet n threw up. The first thing that came out.was what looked like blood everything else.after.that was pretty much food. It scared the heck out of me because im not sure if its blood or the strawberry I might have ate. I am 16w..is it normal to vomit blood? I also read that blood in vomit looks like coffee grounds....please help me.

Maybe it was strawberry & pizza sauce? But obviously we can't tell since we can't see what you see, but whenever you're in doubt call the doctor.
