Vommiting

Im just wondering if anyone else had had the experience of not been able to keep anything down im 8 weeks 2 days and since I hit 8 weeks I cant even keep water down should I be worried :/ ftm mum sorry probably panicing for nothing

Try lemonade like the kind you make with powder, salt and vinager chips and if its really bad go to your doctor and get a script for Zofran until then try half a unisom and a vitamin b6 every night

Eat ice! It worked for me I was the same I could eat food or drink water but ice kinda helped soothe my tummy also crackers too but sometimes those just dnt help hope yu feel better

Take your prenatals at night so you don't wake up needing those vitamins. And you can scare your self into just not eating either because that makes it worse. Snack on something little every hour

If you haven't kept anything down for 24hrs go to the doctor or if you see any signs of dehydration go asap. The best thing to do is eat small frequent meals and when you can call your doctor and you'll probably get prescribed phenergan or zofran they both work amazing. Try drinking different things maybe ginger ale milk tea or juice anything you can keep down drink and try eating crackers. Hard candies also may help. Hope this helps you
