Walking.

So, I started walking in the evening (to get things going) about 2-3nights a week. Just wanted to know how long should my walks be? Would a 10-15min walk to anything. Or should it be more like 20-30mins? Or does it matter??

The day I went into labor with my youngest son, I woke up and hit the mall as soon as they opened at like 9am. I literally walked all day until about 5pm, I only stopped to use the potty, and ate everything or drank everything while on the move.

I went into labor that night at about 9pm, Had my son by 1am.

Good luck!

I go to the beach and walk for like 30 min down the boardwalk and then turn around and come back and when i get home i have alot more braxton hicks so i dunno if thats making progress or not for me. Its hot out now so dont overdo it. Just do what you feel comfortable doing.
