I admit, I didnt call my doc at all.. the spotting went away- it actually got red and watery for a day but not significant like a period.. i had slight cramping 1 day with it.. A week later (today) nauseaus and headaches set in..

Best to call your doctor to let them know. Spotting is not considered "normal" during pregnancy although it can be from a benign cause. Call your Dr to find out what they want you to do (if anything).
