Weird sound?

So I'm now 32+1 , FTM throughout my pregnancy occasionally I'll hear what seems like a knuckle crack. I know it's coming from my stomach , I don't know why though.. I swear I'm not crazy lol but not knowing what it is , is starting to drive me nuts it's just 1 single crack then I won't hear it for a day or so. It happens randomly I've heard it after my little girl repositions herself, I've heard it after/while eating I've heard it laying down. Any ideas? It's not painful I don't feel it but I just want to know what it is I also planned on asking my doctor but I don't see her till the 27th. Lol

Unfortunately living in Nebraska I didn't know of any midwifes that I knew and trusted I would have much preferred having a midwife & doing a waterbirth but my boyfriend is very touchy considering this is our first plus no one I know here has had a midwife

My midwife informs me of everything that will put my mind to ease and reassure me. At every appointment she tells me the position and growth of the baby she also tells me which part of my stomach i will most likely feel a lot of kicks and movements and everytime she has been spot on!

That's interesting though with the ribs it makes sense though with the discomfort I've had in my ribs nd I've been feeling it more often.

Unfortunately my doctor hasn't told me much of anything since I've gotten into my third trimester :/ like the last time she checked my cervix was early in my second trimester I get small brief ultrasounds but that's about it. I'm hoping I get some news on my little girls growth on my next appointment I'll be 33weeks
