What are YOU thankful for?

Hi all! As a new Co-CL of this group, I wanted to try some great advice that I got from another CL and start doing some daily threads to get everyone involved and excited about our community. However, since this is smack in the middle of the Thanksgiving Holiday, I'm going to start off with something a little more holiday-specific until things settle down and get back to normal next week.

First of all, I realize that not everyone is American..that's more than OK! You can still participate!

Throughout this holiday I would love to see posts from our members about what they are the most Thankful for this year! Did you get your BFP? Did you welcome a new baby into your family this year? Have you decided to TTC? Even if you're TTC with no success right now, *I* am grateful that *YOU* are here to share your journey with us, and I hope you can find something to remind you of all the blessings in your life!

I am thankful for my wonderful husband, my two perfect babies, and a life that I never thought I wanted but can't imagine being any different...being a stay-at-home mom and soon to be nanny is the life I never knew I wanted. I am SO Thankful for all of my friends and family, and everything that's gone right this year. I am also Thankful for the things that have gone wrong, because they make the good things all that much sweeter, and they have taught me important lessons.

I'm more than thankful for my present pregnancy. I made it this far (40 weeks this Tuesday) after having been through two early loss last year and having lost all hope of ever making it beyond the first trimester.. I'm expecting this baby by Nov 30 or so :) .. And while on this journey  I stumbled upon Medhelp and found strength in the many stories you ladies shared with us/others about  similar challenges that came your way.

About the bad things i'm not sure whether i have learned anything from them but i'm happy that they are over and done with.

i thankful for my family for the best huby ever and special thankful that this year after a lot of trying im finally pregnant with our first baby girl and cant wait for here to join us on the outside world in march . im thankful that this site came to me always to help even if i dont post a lot i read everything all day long and i fell like i learn a lot from what people post here so thanks !

im thankful for my amazing husband hes the only reason I live and breathe each day! he reminds life is whats thrown in front of you not the jealousy that tries to take over when you cant have what you want! Im thankful for my grandma she supportive and has helped in so many ways and rececently in a way i cant repay! She trusts me and thats awesome! And I have to be thankful for the opportunities thrown in front of me sadly its not kids but its a great life and i have to happy for jobs and money and security cus that does make life wonderful when youre stable! But I hope every1 is happy and secure and continues on their way in life! I plan mine but as I have learned the hard way you never what willl happen IDK if im meant to be a parent yet i may not be but take life as it comes and when its good take it as a blessing! I dont have kids but I have good things in my life and i do try to be happy if i have to put on a fake smile at times!

This is great guys, I'm so proud of all of you for being such amazing women that you recognize the small things that so many people overlook...I'm so Thankful that you are all a part of my life to remind me to always be better because you lead by example.

Remember to get ready for our first daily post which will start on Monday; the topic for Mondays will be Monday Madness....pick a topic to vent about, and let loose. You must be respectful when choosing a topic, but we're going to try to make it a safe place for everyone to speak the way they feel so hopefully we can all feel a little better by the time we go to bed.

So keep an eye out for the first Monday Madness....hopefully everyone will have such a perfect long weekend that there will be nothing to vent about, but if not...get ready! ;-) . Try to keep the vent fun and light-hearted. Keep in mind that any attacks towards other members will be deleted, and please avoid controversial topics like teen pregnancy, abortion, domestic abuse, NO politics please.....but I know that you guys will do just great, and I really am not worried :).

I am thankful for my wonderful husband, and great children...Never in a million years picture this is where I would be in life, but boy, do I love it and wouldnt change it for anything..I could not imagine my life any other way...I am thankful for my family and friends...I am also thankful for all the wonders and miracles God has provided my family and others with...I am just also thankful for everything we have in this life, the little things we take for granted...wow, I guess I am just thankful for alot...

Great post, its amazing you truly never think about the things in life you are thankful for until someone asks!!

I am thankful for my life, for my husband, and for my lil bundle of joy, Joanna. I am thankful that God intervened in our lives as a family, when the doctors said it wasnt possible to have children, God proved them wrong.

I'm thankful for my hubby, my health and especially all my beautiful children. I'm thankful for being able to pay bills and still have a little left over.  I'm also thankful for having medhelp and all my friends here :)

Thankful for my found healthy kids and my hubby... my mom, brothers and sister, grandmother, aunt, cousins, etc......thankful for a big family that i am determined to make bigger!! LOL
Also thankful that we've found (I think) a new church family, thankful for a job/career that I love (teaching), wonderful coworkers, and many many other things I can't think of at the moment, but those are the main things. :) :) :)

I am thankful for my family and friends and my beautiful, amazing son like many of the others have said....
but i am also thankful for the little things...the little things that sometimes go by unnoticed but are truly a blessing and something to be thankful for all on their own.

I am Thankful for laughs shared, for smiles from the ones i love...and from strangers passing by. I am thankful for hugs and kisses (even the slobber from my 7 month old), I am thankful for my home and my honey...the legs i walk with and the ground i walk upon. Im thankful for wishes and secrets and any hand that holds my own. Im thankful for sunshine and rainy days and our recent snowfall. For the stars and the moon and everything inbetween. For treats and treasures and surprises! For good times and hard times ...im thankful for them all. Without all that little junk we often take for granted...we wouldnt be the women (or men) we are today...we wouldnt be living the lives we live and man am i thankful for mine!

as an after thought...im thankful for my sons two teeth and the new smile he can give me :)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! hold your loved ones close this Holiday season...there really is nothing better to be thankful for than all the ones you love...if you have love in your life you have the world in your hands.

I am thankful that after my horseback riding accident this year I was not paralyzed and can walk again even tho I have 2 spinal and 1 pelvic fractures

I am also thankful to have gotten my BFP right after my bday this year after 34mths and 1 loss of ttc. And I am very thankful to be seven months pregnant with a healthy baby

I am always very thankful for my family and friends, especially my devoted loving husband.

I am thankfull for my family, my 4 beautiful kids and wonderful (sometimes, lol) DH. I am also thankful for the kindness of others that have just a little extra to spare:) We got our turkey dinner as a gift from an anoymous woman:) Oh happy day!!

I am thankful for my husband who works hard as a police officer to support us, which also makes me truly thankful and grateful that God watches over him and brings him home safe every night. Also, I am thankful for my beautiful step-daughter and that I get to have a part in her childhood...she is a wonderful little girl!!! Last but not least, I am over-the-moon thankful that we are adding to our family, the baby is due in June!!

Im thankful for my Precious baby boy Cole!!! He is the most amazing thing that has happend to me, and without him Id be lost!  He puts a smile on my face everyday. I love him more then I ever thought I could love something or someone.

Im thankful for the man that gave me my precious baby boy, my DB Drew, and even though we have soo many problems, I know we love each other and im so thankful he works very hard everyday so I dont have to and I can stay home and take great care of our son.

Im very thankful for my mother, and my sisters and my nieces and my nephew!  

And of course for Medhelp, without this place I dont know where I would have been during my pregnancy and now!! You ladies are amazing, and im forever indebted to you ladies :)

Oh and for cable tv and internet!!! hahaha

i am thankful for my husband. through all the times i should have destroyed my life, God never allowed it to happen and i am so grateful. the bible verse "all things work for the good of those who love God..." rings so true in my life and i am so grateful for that.

i am thankful for my daughter. and i am esp thankful for my parents...without them i do not know where DH and i would be. and i am thankful for my amazing friends. i have been truly blessed to find girls my age, with babies close to ariana's age, that live 10 minutes from me!! what a blessing! :)

and i am thankful that christmas is right around the corner and i get A NEW PHONE!! since i spilled coke on my last pay-as-you-go piece, i am reduced to a worse version of the one i spilled coke on. i CANNOT wait to enjoy a nice touchscreen again; and im getting the new windows 7 phone...ahh!!!

oh and of course, i am thankful for medhelp. it has gotten me through more than one boring day. oh and answered a few questions along the way :P

I am thankful for *my* family-a healthy hubby,a healthy Isabella, and this healthy little baby inside =).... Also very thankful for my family, DH family.... Everyone has been wonderful in helping us out with Isabella when i have errands to run, or work... Im not too happy with the tiny condominuin we have now, but thankful that i DO have a roof over my head and that my home is always warm, i have hot water..... many countries dont have this.... Im fortunate to have a grocery street down the street and $ to buy the things i want.... =) not only for "needs".... i consider it a luxery.. Thank you God.

I'm thankful for my husband, my wonderful son, and baby girl on the way. I'm thankful for being back in the states and my husband being able to be home for Christmas and the birth of our daughter (when she arrives). I'm thankful for the house we bought this year, and for the awesome town we live in. I'm thankful for all my family, and friends. I'm thankful for the ability to get out of bed every morning and smile even when my house is a complete mess. I'm thankful for the life I have and everything in it. I'm thankful for the roof over my head, food in my cabinets, and warm bed to sleep in that DH does all the working for. I'm thankful to be able to stay at home with my baby(ies) and not need to work. I'm thankful for my extended family, aka all my ladies here on MH, and my "sistas".

There's just so much in my life to be thankful for this year. So many things have turned around and so much has happened. I truly am blessed this year, thank you God!

I am thankful to have such a wonderful family to be able to share this week with... mom, sisters, inlaws, cousins, are more than family we are great friends too.  My wonderful husband who is a great father as well and he is working so hard so that I can stay home and be a mommy.  My beautiful baby ... whom I found out I was expecting exactly a year ago today now he is here to share thanksgiving with us.  Everyone is healthy, happy and for that I am greatful =)
