What are the possibilities

Hey everyone , I recently started TTC . I am 18yrs old my last menstrual period was nov 25. I had unprotected sex from nov 29- dec23 every other day or every two days I started prenatal vitamins dec 1st .. I am really looking forward to having a baby me and my boyfriend really want to start our own little family.. I took a pregnancy test dec 23 but it was negative, could I be pregnant I had cramps and spotting but it got heavy for two days then it was just spotting, sore breast, nausea .. Any opinions?

Thank you I was supposed to get my period the 23 and nothing but since I started spotting on dec 20 i don't know what to think I really hope I am pregnant .. I have read many differences about spotting it really depends on the woman's body some have heavy implantation bleeding some have light, hopefully what I had was implantation & thanks for the best wishes

If you've been having unprotected sex, there's a chance you could be pregnant.
Although, heavy bleeding for 2 days and cramping isn't necessarily normal during pregnancy. Light spotting is common, but anything like a 'period flow' isn't really normal.
All I can really suggest is to take a hpt after your missed period.
