What are these pains??

Warning TMI....  I'm currently in my 2ww, however for the past few days I have had really bad diarrhea and nausea and some cramping.  I started to think that I had a bug of some sort, but I felt better last night.  I haven't eaten a lot, as I have not felt good, but the last 18 hours I've been fine.... until now.  I just ate a chocolate chip muffin and within a 1/2 hour all the feelings came back again.  I am now sitting at my desk basically dry heaving and I have severe cramps - like stabbing pains down below that are about an inch above my pubic bone.  Everytime I get this stabbing pain, I want to puke.  Could this be because AF is due within the next few days or has anybody had this and been pregnant?  I took a test today, but it was a BFN.....

so... perhaps it's the flu bug or something, but everytime i eat something with chocolate in it, I get these stupid stabbing pains and the nausea..... aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

it could very well be a bug since you have been experiencing diarrhea along with the nausea and cramping - that's not to say that you aren't pregnant.  I hope you feel better soon.
