What can I take for a Sinus Cold

I am 31 weeks and have the worst Sinus cold ever and it is a holiday today which means that I may not be able to get into to see the nurse at all this week.
I do go to see my ob on Thursday but was wondering if anyone had any ideas as I can barely talk and where I work is on the phones like a telemarketer so I kinda need to have my voice lol

call your doctor they will call u in antibiotics i had 15 sinus infections in 5 months of being pregnant its awful i know

Ive been taking tylenol sinus meds. My dr said that was fine as long as it was on the shelf and not behind the counter.

you may have sinusitis which needs antibiotics also get some saline nasal spray and flush your sinuses

I have been using Sinus spray but it doesn't seem to work very much I will have to call the doctor tomorrow, as no one is in today as its a holiday.

U can take anything tylenol my doc gave me a list of over the counter meds that are safe for sinus and nasal congestion it says tylenol cold and sinus and Claritin

Still bad but a little better at night it seems to clear up some, I took my sinus spray and going to bed soon and going to the doctor tomorrow to get looked at. To see if I need some medicine.
