What can I take for pain?

Hi Ladies. I am 26 weeks and experiencing some pain in my lower abdominal and lower back. I think it is just stretching but because I work on my feet I think the pain is more intense then it would be otherwise. I just feel achy! Can I take Tylenol? I haven't taken a single thing since I found out I was pregnant but I am so uncomfortable that I think I need to give in. Thanks.

You can take tylenol but if it is that bad that you feel you need to take something, I'd call the doc to make sure they think it is just normal stretching and growing...good luck!

Tylenol is totally safe and at night, if I am having pains (I am 30 weeks) I take tylenol PM to aid in sleeping a little better. Best bet is to always verify w. your Dr., but I am pretty positive they all say Tylenol is totally safe!

I take tylenol whenever I have any type of headache, etc. Hope  you feel better soon!
