What do you feel when you are 4-6 weeks pregnant?

I was just wondering what kind of physical symptoms you feel when you are in early pregnancy (like 4-6 weeks).  Do you feel any pains or pressures?

I dd the home test n they shows that am pregnant a week after tha t i had period pains and the next day i went to see a Dr. N he also dd the test n they were positive. He dd a scan to check whether i had miscarry n i dd nt miscarry cz the womb's mouth was still closed  but they is no bby inside the womb. M so worried dont know what to think anymore n its my first time being pregnancy. Can u please help a sister out

i just found out i was six weeks preggo yesterday..and today im feeling this cramping feeling...i thought i was about to loos it but then the pain went away..thank GOD i saw these comments cuz i really thought i was alone and that something was wrong

bbs tenderness and hard, swollen tummy eat every few hours, very tired, sex felt different.

I had strong cramping...it scared me!  And the tender/painful breasts.  Morning sickness kicked in at week 8.

Extremely sore and tender bbs, my tummy felt bruised all over from the inside, had to eat every few hours to avoid nausea and had some light cramping. It does get better however...either that or we just become used to the symptoms!

i had pain in lower abdomen, tender bbs and veiny bbs thats it really.

I just had sore breasts and had period like pains for a few weeks and headaches and i kept sneezing too!

I had a stretching/snapping sensation that I would feel in my lower abdomen (off to the side).  During my second pregnancy, I actually knew I was pregnant before the test came back, because I remembered that snapping feeling (like a rubber band smacking you in the groin).

Also, very tired, breasts hurt and aversion to smells.....The nausea came after a few weeks.
