What to expect after childbirth

To all the ladies who have given birth before, what's it like the following weeks after giving birth with pains, bleeding, using the toilet etc,  I have read so many stories good and bad but still not sure what to expect.

I had second degree.tearing and they wouldnt tell me how many stitches. I healed quite quickly which i was sooo relieved when i did. I was pretty sore and tender the first week and avoided sitting down as much as possible. My doc recommended docusate which is a stool softener which did miracles. My first poop was in the hospital and it didnt even hurt. Peeing would sting a bit but use the bottle tey give u with warm water while u pee and it helps alot. My bleeding for the first few days was pretty heavy and i used the gigantic pads the hospital supplied but once i got home i switched to my normal pads and was fine. Be prepared for baby.blues and ur emotions to be off the hook from exhaustion. After about 6 weeks i.felt like i was back to my normal self. Dont be scared to ask for help and if u do feel a bit depressed make sure u talk to someone about it so it doesnt turn into ptsd.

The doctors told me this happened because I was so young, and young peoples bodies heal faster. I was 14 when I had my daughter. My labor was 3 hours with 3 pushes. I did tear, but only got like 5 stitches. I bled only for a week, and even went back to school the day after Valentines day my daughters birthday is the first.

the most reliveing thing was that the baby wasn't inside me and wasn't annoying me with his hiccups and not putting pressure at my ribs!! oh and also about the breast milk.. i tried to breast feed for a day, but decided a bottle is easier, i had milk leaking from my breast for a little while and had kinda stinging pain in my breast when it was leaking, don't remember how long it lasted... about 2 months i'd say.

it wasn't that bad for me, i had my vagina cut, so i had stitches, just had to wipe carefully after going to toilet.. and didn't get an infection, and the stitches healed perfectly, wouldn't even know there were stiches! :) so happy, i was worried about being cut, thought it'll look ugly forever.. i bled for about 2 and a half weeks.. had period like pain, sometime bad, sometimes okay..just get a lot of painkillers... had sex the first time at like 3 weeks after labour.. at first it was sore, but then okay..and then a bit sore at the start the other times we had sex...
bleeding wasn't really  really heavy.. just like a normal heavy period, maybe a little bit heavier (some women were scaring me that after labour they were flooded with blood and it always leaked through the pad and etc... for me it wasn't extremely heavy) ... what else.... i finnaly could smoke cigarettes, they didn't taste weird.. i smoked throughout the pregnancy, but didn't enjoy the taste of them, so i was so releived my tastes are back to normal...
peeing was kinda uncomfortable for a little while, but i think that's just because i had the tube up my bladder..a catherer? or what ever you call it, they put it in cause i had an epidural (which didn't work)
and my clitoris was sore for a little while..again i don't think it was the clitoris, it was the place where urine comes from.. and thats where it was sore when we had sex, pain in the clitoris area...
sorry for writing so much :)

After my emergency c section it was hard to pee believe it or not. The dr told me to splash cold water down there to trigger urine flow. I bled for about six weeks if I am remembering right it has been seven almost eight years.
