What to expect at a 7 week ultrasound?

I was offered an ultrasound at 5wks at a pregnancy clinic and they were not able to see anything, I got really scared I could have had a miscarriage and have been so worried for 2 weeks. Well now I've been seen at my doctor, I'm at 7 weeks, and going in for an ultrasound tomorrow! I'm scared but excited, what should I expect to see at 7 weeks?
Thanks!

Probably just the gestational sac, yolk sac, fetal pole, and possibly a heart beat.  Did they even see a gestational sac at the 5 week ultrasound or did they see the sac but no baby?  I had an ultrasound done at 4 weeks and 4 days and all I could see was the gestational sac nothing else.  I also got really freaked out but they reassured me it was normal.  I went back at about 7 weeks and then I saw the fetal pole, yolk sac, and even heard that precious little heart beat.  Hope your results are the same.  Good luck.
