When do babies face head down inside the womb?

I had my doctors appointment at 29 weeks and my baby is already facing down. Will she stay like this for the rest of the pregnancy now and is this usually when it happens?

It just depends, my oldest never turned, I ended up with a c-section partially becuase she was breech and partially becuase there was no fluid.  My next 4 were all head down by 30 weeks and stayed that way.  This time my little girl was head down at my 28 week appt but was frank breech at my 30 wk appt this past thursday.  On Average babies will settle into position around 34-35 weeks. But of course each baby is different.

I'm currently 29 weeks and baby has been in the head down position since the beginning! I'm pretty sure that's how she still is and I'm hoping she stays that way lol

Baby can still flip but once they get in the birth position they *typically* stay that way.

with my first 3 pregnancies, my babies heads were down the whole time, or at least every u/s. They stayed that way until birth. With my last baby she was breach untill 37 weeks and desided to turn before the doctors did it for her:~)
Babies still have room to move up untill the end. But if baby has been down more than likely h/she will stay that way once you get into your weeks 30's althoung they can still twist and turn:~)
