When does morning sickness usually start?

Hello.. I am 5weeks pregnant, and was just wondering if anyone knew when morning sickness usually starts. I had a misscariage last year end of July to begining of August, i knew with that pregnancy there was something wrong, as i did not have any sickness. I am a little worried, as i have no sickness yet with this pregnancy. I'm having all the other symptoms, urinating more, sore breasts, extremely tired. I've had a few cramps but no bleeding. I'm hoping and praying everyday my pregnancy will go well.

I started getting morning sickness when I was 6 weeks pregnant. However, keep in mind that 25% of all pregnant women will not experience morning sickness...and maybe you will be one of the lucky ones!

I am 21 weeks pregnant I never really got "morning sickness" just felt sick all day.  Never actually got sick just dry heaved and felt like I was going to.  Started around 6 weeks ended at about 11 weeks.

My 'all day' sickness started at around 5 weeks and slowed a bit around 20 weeks. Still get nauseous everyday, though the actual vomiting has calmed to every couple of days and I am 38 weeks.

I wouldn't worry....I'm just over 10 weeks and I never got morning sickness....I'll get nauseous at the end of the day sometimes and that's it!

Some docs say that if yoiu are going to get morning sickness it typically beings around week six.  HOWEVER, not all women have morning sickness and the lack of it is NOT necessarily a sign of something being wrong.  I have been pregnant 8 times, 2 of those were miscarraiges....one I DID have morning sickness with (m/c at 9 wks5 days), the other i did not (m/c at 5 wks).  With my other pregnancies the degree of nausea varied.  With my girls I had next to none. With my boys it was a bit worse.  

Cramping in early pregnancy is actually very common as your uterus grows and the ligaments stretch.  It can also be due to the corpus luteum cyst that forms after you ovulate and stays on the ovary until the placenta is mature and takes over.  This cyst helps with the production of pregnancy related hormones until the placenta begins this near the end of the first trimester.

Oh man.. enjoy spicy things now!! Hang around friends that smell like garlic!  Drink decaf coffee by the bucketfull!  

My "all day seasickness" started up around 6 weeks and slammed me until around week 20-something.. I'd lost 7 pounds by that point but had never actually thrown up.  Just a completely constant state of nausea.. I lived on carbonated mineral water.. burping like a cartoon character was the only thing that brought some sort of relief. Haaaahahah.. awesome. But yes.. enjoy yourself while you still can... hope that you stay sickness-free (even though it is reassuring after loss... I conceived again 19 days after a miscarriage).

I have been feeling abit sicky in the mornings and in the evenings, still hoping and praying all goes well, i know i should not worry so much, as stress can cause things to go wrong! I am trying.

I actually had my midwife appointment today, and i did think to myself, if i make it to the appointment, then everything should be fine. When i had miscarried, i never got that far! So i had to cancel my appointment.

So far, so good! I will keep you all posted! Thanks again! :-)
