When should I worry?

I've had three miscarriages and no full term pregnancies. One of the miscarriages was a missed miscarriage. Im currently ten weeks pregnant and I've been cramping for a few weeks. I am also tender on my lower abdomen. Should I go to the er? No doctor can see me til next month.. Im scared to have another ultrasound where there is no heartbeat. Advice?

try not to worry your little heart out, its not healthy. if you are 10 weeks, then you have about 3 more weeks until you are at a lower risk of miscarriage. i am 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant and my lower belly hurts and cramps all the time, like ALL day long but worse in the mornings when i wake up.
i wish you the best of luck!

cramping and tenderness is common in early pregnancy as the baby and uterus grow it streches the muscles in your lower abdomen hope you feel better soon and i think the best time to go to the er is if you start to bleed or the pain gets unbearable good luck
