When will I have a tummy growth spurt??

I'm 30 weeks (on monday)  and want to know how fast my belly will grow from now on.  and how much weight the baby tacks on..

Sorry.... as blueeyedtabbycat said the fundal height will be in CENTIMETERS (not INCHES).  And yes, baby will gain about 0.5 Ibs a week.  Of course on top of that the placenta will grow and you will probably put on some water weight too.

The 3rd trimester is the period of "rapid growth".  You can expect your fundal height (area from pubic bone to top of fudus) to gain about an INCH every week!

Thanks ladies!!!!  :)  yes, I popped over night around 25 weeks.. people started noticing then.  doc said since I'm tall (5'10)  I hide the baby well..  but now I cant see my feet..  shaving my legs is so hard!!  lol.  I cant imagine being bigger..  but I know there's lots more growing for me to do!

ok, this might be totally wrong but I read some where that after week 30 baby puts on about 1/2 a pound a week. give or take a few ounces. As far as belly growth spurt (fundal height) that should keep growing about 1cm a week untill 40 weeks but it can vary. I hope this helps:) of course some woman wake up one morning and cant see their feet any more and it feels like they grew over night, lol.

from my experience though, mine hit a growth spurt 22 thru 24 weeks and then again from week 32 through week 34. I look like a ticking timebomb all the sudden. lol. Good Luck and hope it helps :)
