I just find this post looking after whit estringy stuff. I am 18 weeks pregnant and have the same thing. I am also concerned.

I can see that the post is old but maybe if you still follow the forum you could tell me if you found out more about this. Did your wife do some test or see a doctor about this?

Many pregnant women get it.  I think it is either due to inflammation of the colon or maybe irratation, since the baby is getting bigger and pressing on the colon.  It goes away after pregnancy, but just to error on the side of caution she can bring it up to her doc.

I remember when I was about 6 months pregnant I had something similar! I brought it up to my doctor and it ended up being that I was just having crazy amounts of discharge (which is VERY common during pregnancy) and somejust exited through the rectum????? (It has been about a year sincethat conversation) I would mention it to the OB but I think everything should be okay!
